By accessing and using Course Mastery (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account.
• Copy, distribute, or reproduce course content without our express written permission.
• Use the service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content from the platform.

3. Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Course Mastery — including course videos, written materials, quizzes, and certificates — is owned by Course Mastery or its instructors and is protected by copyright law.

Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content for your own educational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

5. Payments & Refunds

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider.

Individual course purchases: You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied, provided you have completed fewer than 20% of the course lessons.

Subscription plans: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are offered for unused subscription time.

6. Certificates

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a course, including passing all module quizzes above the required threshold. Certificates are for personal use and do not constitute academic qualifications. Course Mastery is not an accredited educational institution.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the integrity of the platform.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon closure, your access to paid content will end, and your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Course Mastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
