1. Who can use the Service
You may only use the Service if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
If you create an account or purchase access to any part of the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
2. Accounts
Some parts of the Service require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your login details secure
- restricting access to your account
- all activity that takes place under your account
You must not share your account credentials with anyone else or allow others to access paid content through your account unless we expressly allow it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are being misused, or breach these Terms.
3. Our courses, programmes, and services
We provide digital educational content, training, community access, mastermind experiences, and related services through the platform.
We may update, improve, replace, remove, or change any part of the Service at any time, including content, features, pricing, availability, instructors, programme structure, or access methods.
We aim to keep everything accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that every part of the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
4. Payments, subscriptions, cancellation rights, and refunds
Some parts of the Service are paid.
By making a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price at checkout, along with any applicable taxes or charges.
Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
If you are a consumer and purchase the Service online or by other distance means, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days beginning on the day after the contract is entered into, unless an exception applies.
Where your purchase is for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and, at checkout, you expressly request immediate access, you also acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right to cancel once supply of that digital content begins.
Where valid consent and acknowledgement have been given and supply of the digital content has begun, refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind cancellations, unless required by applicable law.
Where your purchase includes services, training, coaching, community access, events, mastermind elements, or other non-digital-content services that begin within the 14-day cancellation period at your request, and you later cancel within that period, we may charge you a proportionate amount for the services supplied up to the time of cancellation, where permitted by law.
If you purchase a subscription or recurring membership, it will renew automatically unless you cancel before the next billing date. Cancellation prevents future renewals only. Unless required by law, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refundable, and your access will usually continue until the end of that billing period.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have. If the Service, digital content, or related services are faulty, misdescribed, not fit for purpose, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund, or other remedy required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully.

You confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any laws.
We may remove any user content or restrict participation if we believe it is inappropriate, harmful, misleading, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms.
